We take your privacy seriously, and we’re not in the business of selling or misusing your data. Here’s what you should know.

What we collect

When you sign up, we ask for your name and email. That’s it for now, but we might also collect things like your mobile number, business name or location if you choose to share it with us later.

What we use it for

To keep you in the loop as Finnly develops. That might mean launch updates, early access invites, occasional feature testing, or a quick check-in to ask what’s working and what’s not. No spam, no nonsense.

Where it goes

Your submission is collected via Tally.so, and stored securely in tools we trust, like Google Workspace. We may also use email platforms (like Mailchimp) to stay in touch. These tools help us manage communication, but your data is never sold or shared beyond that.

Who can see it

Only those working directly on Finnly will ever access your information, and only for things that directly relate to the app’s development and communication.

How long we keep it

We’ll only hold onto your details while they’re useful and relevant. You can ask to have them deleted at any time.
